Product: Power BI visuals
At the point when you download/purchase Power BI visuals from K Team Solutions Ltd ("K Team Solutions"), you consent to this end-client permit understanding.
This permit End-User License Agreement "EULA" is a legitimate understanding among you and K Team Solutions in respects of the Power BI visuals created by K Team Solutions ("visuals")
By downloading, introducing, and utilizing the visuals, you consent to the provisions of this EULA. In the event that you do not consent to the provisions of this EULA, don't introduce or utilize the visuals.
The visuals are secured by copyright laws and universal copyright deals, just as other licensed innovation laws and arrangements. The visuals are authorized, not sold.
GRANT OF LICENSE
You do not buy the visuals but a yearly license which allows the number of users for which you purchase a license to use the visuals. Subscriptions are automatically renewed on the day they expire unless you contact support@kteam.ch at least 30 days before the expiry date and cancel the subscription.
You may not hand out duplicates of the visuals to outsiders.
You may not decompile or dismantle the visuals.
K Team Solutions may end this EULA in the event that you neglect to follow its terms and conditions.
You reserve the option to end this agreement whenever you feel the item does not live up to your desires or does not perform agreeable to you.
Notwithstanding explanation behind end or who ends, you should erase all duplicates of the visuals in your ownership. Moreover, you reserve the privilege to demand a discount for any months of the agreement not utilized yet paid ahead of time.
NO WARRANTIES
K Team Solutions explicitly renounces any guarantee for the visuals. The visuals are given 'As Is' with no express or suggested guarantee of any sort. K Team Solutions does not warrant or accept accountability for the precision or culmination of any data, text, illustrations, or any other object contained inside the visuals. K Team Solutions makes no guarantees regarding any mischief that might be brought about by the transmission of a PC infection, worm, virus, or other such computer program.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no occasion will K Team Solutions be obligated for any harms (lost benefits, business interference, or lost data) emerging from utilization of the visuals, regardless of whether K Team Solutions has been instructed concerning the chance of such harms. In no occasion will K Team Solutions be obligated for loss of information or for circuitous, exceptional, accidental, significant (counting lost benefit), or different harms situated in agreement, misdeed, or something else. K Team Solutions will have no obligation as for the substance of the visuals or any part thereof, including yet not constrained to mistakes or exclusions contained in that, defamation, encroachments of privileges of exposure, protection, brand name rights, business interference, loss of security, moral rights or the divulgence of secret data.
