Phone call links in Power BI

Did you know that you can add hyperlinks or buttons to your Power BI report, that let you make phone calls directly from the report?

This is a functionality that has been requested by many people and we are happy to enable it for everyone. Up until the second half of 2022, it was possible to add simple mailto and tel hyperlinks in Power BI. Unfortunately, this is not possible anymore due to new restrictions, which is why we developed the Bridger.

The Bridger allows users to create regular https hyperlinks that are automatically forwarded to the local phone system (Skype, Teams, etc.) or email client (Outlook, etc.) to place a phone call or send an email with just one click

The Bridger works perfectly with native custom visuals but of course, also with our HTML VizCreator.
